REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds will be accepted. If a item is accidentally purchased twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase. If there are any issues with the design file, the issue will be fixed and a new file will be sent to your email. Please make sure you know what type of file you need for your machine BEFORE you make a purchase. Kindly read our FAQS for more information on machine compatibility and file usage. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations!

Shipping Policy: We do not make or ship any physical products. All of our products are digital download files.
Can I sell printed products created with svg designs?
You may sell on your own small commercial website, Etsy, and Amazon Handmade (only). Commercial large-scale production and print-on-demand sites that imply the images are your own are NOT allowed. You may NOT use these images to sell products created on sites like Zazzle, RedBubble, Society6 and other third party online shops. You may NOT use these images to sell on sites like Zulily.
What CAN I MAKE with svg Designs?
ALL PERSONAL USE projects are allowed.
PHYSICAL items you may sell are: Mugs, t-shirts, cell phone cases, license plates, dog bowls, wood signs, etc. Pretty much, only prints and collage sheets of our designs are not allowed. Tranfers may be sold.
DIGITAL items you may sell are: Flattened invitations, cards, planner stickers, party printables, bookmarks, planner covers and inserts. AS LONG AS the DIGITAL products are made into a creation of your own, and not solely our art. :)
Will these files work with my Silhouette Studio?
Yes, these files work with Silhouette Studio. For the Free version you use the .dxf files and for the Designer (Paid) version you can use the .svg files.
Will these files work with my Cricut?
Yes, you can use the svg files. The png, jpg and dxf files can also be uploaded into Design Space but can't be ungrouped.
What can I NOT DO with my svg Designs?
-Digital files may not be shared or given away. The file is meant for use only by the purchaser.
-Files may not be used in any website, banner, blog, logo, etc. Please do not upload the file to any website, blog, or social media site.
-The original downloaded digital files may not be re-sold on their own in digital form or altered, modified and re-sold in digital form. Unfortunately, that is in direct competition with me.
-Images may not be printed on sheets (as in prints, sublimation transfers, or collage sheets) for resale.
-Commercial large-scale production and print-on-demand sites that imply the images are your own are not allowed. Examples include: Printify, Amazon, eBay, Red Bubble or Zazzle.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately no, not once the files have been downloaded. I will work with you on any issues you have and resend the files through email if needed. Please MAKE SURE BEFORE purchasing that your machine is compatible.
Will my files come glittered as shown on the example?
The answer is yes & no! No, the printable will not come glittered as shown. The file size is so large with glitter, that it would be hard to download. However, if you want glitter for printing, I will glitter the jpg or png for you and send it back to you. turn around is usually one day but maybe a few if I have a lot of orders in front of yours.
I purchased a file but it's showing my payment hasn't cleared.
Our site can take up to 5 minutes to process your payment. Once your payment has cleared your download link will be active.
